When I moved from France to lived in Dubai, I was working in a coworking space for a team of 4.
And to tell you truth, One Business Centre was the third office I visited.
I don’t know how to explain it but there is this some place, you don’t know why, but when you get inside you feel good and this is exactly what happened in OBC.
The vibe and the energy in this environment were exactly fitting with my wish and my name.
You start your day first with a happy and smiling good morning greet from the staff, then you go to your office - it’s bright, comfortable with a great view and I can say that I really feel like home.
The community is nice, the location is convenient and definitely suitable for my meetings.
What I love the most is definitely the staff, flexible, available and always helpful.

OBC is not only very welcoming and flexible, but their office space is so hip that the entire team felt super motivated during our time there. They have open spaces to work together, hide-out corners to work individually and even boards rooms for team or client meetings. Not to mention their very reasonable prices as well.

I was among the first client of One Business Centre in 2017.
And my dream that time was to work in the office like Google. I will never forget the first time I came to meet the leasing manager of OBC and when I saw the 5th floor of One JLT I was like “My dream comes true.”
That time I was having two employees only so it was very important to keep them motivated and to make them believe that they can grow in the company and OBC provides all the spirit, it provides the environment, it helped us to succeed.
Because every time when we come to work, and we see these like-minded people around us, everyone was smiling, there was so many events. And naturally we grew to be what we are now and I really believe that OBC has a great part In it because of this great environment we’re in.

One of the key aspect that I really like about One Business Centre is that it has a very positive and uplifting environment and that was key for us in choosing an office space because it is important for us to keep that positive spirit for our employees.

Hi my name is Diogo. I work for Sirocco as application consultant and developer.
We’ve been using the offices from One Business Centre since early 2018 in JLT.
And now here at Media One Hotel. We’ve expanded so we moved from there to this location.
I’m very happy it’s a very nice environment, calm and a lot of other companies you can share the break room. Everything is really good. The communal areas, the facilities of the hotel in Media One, in particular we really enjoy.
We really have good time here and the facilities are great all the way from the hotel facilities, all the way to the offices.
And it’s really innovative environment and I like it more than a traditional office that I used to work personally.
